Role Overview
As the Social Media Manager at TopRevenue Inc., you’ll be the voice of our brand on various social media platforms. Your expertise will help us craft compelling content that resonates with our audience, drives engagement, and ultimately fosters community while promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage published content across all platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Strategy Development: Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals, including KPIs for measuring success and reach.
- Engagement: Respond to comments and inquiries promptly to grow a loyal community and monitor feedback effectively.
- Analytics: Use analytics tools to track and evaluate the performance of social media campaigns, adjusting strategy as necessary.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team and other departments to ensure brand consistency and leverage cross-promotion opportunities.
- Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of trends in social media and digital marketing to implement new strategies and tactics as they emerge.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in social media management, particularly in a corporate setting.
- Skills: Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and develop engaging content across various platforms.
- Team Player: Exceptional collaboration skills with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
